Mediterranean Cruise with Yoga

Enjoy yoga on the Mediterranean SeaMediterranean Cruise with Yoga
Summer, 2007

This summer, 2007, we invite you to put together your own small group of friends (minimum number required 6 people) and experience the restorative and relaxing atmosphere of a cruise around the Greek Islands.

Enjoy seven days of daily exercise, relaxation, gourmet meals, swimming and other water sports, plus yoga. Our instructor is experienced in the Bikram, Vinyasa (a power yoga) and Anusaura (a theraputic yoga with a major emphasis on alignment), schools of Yoga. She is certified by Yoga Alliance.  She studied with Baron Baptiste, Shiva Rea and Mitchel Bleier. For our week at sea, you can start your day with yoga, have time to relax, rejuvenate and have some fun along the way.

We’ll be onboard a 26.5 meter (87 foot) yacht – a traditional Turkish gulet – with air-conditioned cabins. The decks are spacious and inviting – ideal for sunning, exercising, or relaxing. They are protected by awnings to shelter guests from the bright sun. Below decks, the comfortable main salon area offers a quiet retreat and a pleasant gathering area. The food on board is in harmony with nature. You will be dazzled by our chef’s incredible menus. Fresh fruit and vegetables, breads, yogurt, lamb and fish, all intelligently prepared.

Men and women both welcome. All-inclusive price, not including travel to point of embarkation, is $1500 per person. For more information, contact Trisha Johnson.
